| The most important feature of our Participation Compliance is the quarter interview that our 8a Specialist will conduct with management. This interview is designed to insure that problems are corrected before they become permanent, past year end. In this interview one of our 8a Specialists will review the various elements of the business and what if any changes need to be immediately reported to the SBA. These quarterly conferences also deal with making sure the business is not being so aggressive bidding on government contracts that the business is not doing work in the private sector. |
