| 1. Client completes 8(a) application and sends all associated documents to Sterling Venture |

| 2. Review for Completeness: All required documentation that the SBA will request as part of the application process is included in the application or we will make not and provide the applicant with what additional information is required. |

| 3. SBA Control Analysis: Evaluate the ownership structure, contracts, bank accounts and other potential control issues. |

| 4. SBA Economic Disadvantage: Review of your personal financial statements Form 413 insure that it has been accurately completed. Analysis of your Economic Disadvantage Narrative to make sure all critical elements are present. |

| 5. BA Social Disadvantage: Review of the Social Disadvantage Narrative and provide valuable pointers as to whether your application provides enough evidence of past discrimination. |

| 6. Overall Document Review: Providing specific suggestions for additional documentation in areas of the application that must be augmented in order to prevent a problem with the SBA. .
2. Reassemble the application into a binder which will include the SBA preferred table of contents, checklist, and tabs. |

| 8. Provide up to 1 hour of telephone consultation and email consultation for two weeks after the reviewed application has been returned to the client. |

Fee $1500
Additional Review: For a fee of $500 we will reevaluate the corrected application insuring that the applicant properly followed our suggested changes.
SBA Responses Post Application Submittal: We will help your firm respond to request for additional information after the package has been submitted for the fee of $100.00 per hour |
