| To begin participation in the 8a program post 8a certification a business plan must be submitted to the SBA. The SBA specialist will review the business plan and request revisions until satisfied that all requested questions have been well formulated. Form 1010c is not your typical business plan and therefore submitting a business plan your company has created for another purpose will not be satisfactory to the SBA. |
